01 / Genre
Pop, hip-hop, electronic, classical, regional, devotional, ambient, and experimental sounds can all be submitted.
02 / Format
Instrumental or vocal, solo or collaborative—submit your original project for review with complete contributor details.

Please note
XTune Digital accepts original songs—including AI-assisted and AI-generated music—and audio submissions through its own dashboard. After review, approved releases are published on the XTune Digital platform only. We do not distribute releases to external streaming services.
Only submit music and artwork that you own or are authorized to use. Submissions must comply with applicable laws and XTune Digital content requirements.
A thoughtful submission starts with the details
A clear, complete submission helps our team understand your project during review. Use these areas as a preparation guide before submitting through your dashboard.
01 / Audio
Submit the intended final version of your track. Check that the audio plays correctly and that the submitted version matches the title and release information in your form.
02 / Artwork
Choose artwork that represents the release and is ready to be displayed with it. Make sure you created the image or have permission to use it.
03 / Information
Review artist names, track titles, genre, language, credits, and any content or AI-use declarations. Consistent details help identify your release correctly.
After you submit
Our team checks the submission information and files against XTune Digital requirements. If something needs attention, use your dashboard to review the status and any available instructions.
Choose the workspace that fits
XTune Digital provides separate artist and label account types. Choose the one that matches how you manage your music.
Artist account
Create an artist account to submit your releases, provide track information, and review your submission status in your dashboard.
Label account
Create a label account to manage label releases and maintain artist details in your roster. Select the appropriate roster artist when preparing a release.
Your music. Your details.
Take time to enter artist names, contributors, track information, and content declarations accurately. Your dashboard brings the release details together for XTune Digital review.
Before you submit
The dashboard collects release-level and track-level information. Prepare these details so you can complete your submission carefully.
Choose the release title and confirm the track title and title language. For multi-track releases, the dashboard supports adding tracks to the release.
Prepare your audio files and one square JPG or PNG cover image. Artwork should be at least 1400 × 1400 px; 3000 × 3000 px is recommended.
Have performer, production, and songwriting credits ready. If a track is a live, instrumental, clean, or another available version, select the matching version where applicable.
Submit original recordings and answer the dashboard questions about vocals, explicit content, and AI-generated contributions for each track.
A submission may be returned or declined if required details are missing, files do not meet the stated requirements, or rights and content information cannot be confirmed. Always follow the instructions shown in your dashboard.
Follow progress in your dashboard
Your dashboard groups submitted music by its current status. Add audio to a draft when you're ready to submit it for review.
Incomplete tracks are saved as drafts. Attach the required audio file to submit the track for review.
Tracks with audio can be submitted for review. Check your dashboard for the latest status.
Released tracks are published on the XTune Digital platform. External store distribution is not provided.
A release may be rejected during review. Recheck its files and information against the dashboard requirements.
Release timing
You can request release as soon as possible or select a planned date in the dashboard. Scheduled dates must be at least two days ahead.
A timing selection is a request, not a guarantee. Review and availability can affect when a release is published.
Give every contributor their credit
Credits are collected for each track in the release. Add the people who performed, produced, engineered, composed, or wrote the work.
Add the performers for the track, such as vocalists, rappers, instrumentalists, or other performers. Make sure names and roles are accurate.
Credit the producer or relevant recording, mixing, mastering, or additional production contributors who worked on the track.
List the composer and any lyricist involved. The submission requires at least one composer credit for every track.
Before submitting: each track needs at least one performer credit, one production or engineering credit, and one composer credit. Enter each contributor’s name and role accurately, and make sure you are authorized to submit the work.
Small details make a complete submission
The dashboard asks for information about each track. Review these fields in advance and make sure your answers describe the exact recording you are submitting.
01 / Recording
Choose the year the recording was made. Select a version only when it accurately describes the audio—for example, acoustic, instrumental, live, remastered, or radio edit.
02 / Content
State whether the track has singing, rapping, or other vocals. Select the explicit-content option that matches the lyrics and title, including whether this is a clean version of an explicit track.
03 / Track origin
Submit original recordings only. Make sure you own or have authorization for the recording, composition, lyrics, vocals, samples, and any other material included.
04 / Identification
An ISRC is optional in the form. If you already have one for this exact recording, enter it in the requested format. Do not guess or reuse a code for a different recording.
Be accurate and consistent: the selected genre and release-title language apply to the release form, while recording year, version, ISRC, vocals, origin, explicit content, AI declaration, and contributor credits are provided for tracks as requested.
Made for different creative journeys
Every project has its own process. Keep the finished audio, artwork, credits, and release information organized before you submit.
